Qualification/Education/Experience:

General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, hvac, painting, carpentry and small floor repairs
of tile cement etc.as required.
Two years of experience working as a general maintenance worker.

Communication Demands:

1. The ability to read, write and speak English

2. The ability to ability to follow and respond to common inquiries of complaints.

3. Willingness to accept constructive feedback and practice skill sets based on supervisor evaluation.

Mathematical skills:

1. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

1. Ability to define problems, collect
data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
