Repair Technician
We are seeking a Roofing Repair Technician to join our team at Maven Roofing & Exteriors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, with a primary focus on roofing repairs. Additionally, this role involves responsibilities for gutter cleaning and power washing services. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who excels in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Roofing Repairs:
- Inspect roofs to determine the best repair methods.
- Perform repairs on shingles, tiles, and other roofing materials.
- Address leaks, structural damage, and insulation issues.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and building codes.
Gutter Cleaning:
- Clean and maintain gutters and downspouts to ensure proper water flow.
- Remove debris, nests, and accumulation from gutters.
- Inspect and repair any loose or damaged gutter sections.
Power Washing:
- Conduct power washing services for roofs, exteriors, driveways, walkways, and other surfaces.
- Operate power washing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply cleaners, degreasers, and sanitizers on surfaces as needed.
